Product introduction of loss-in-weight feeder: Also known as loss-in-weight feeder, loss-in-weight feeder, and loss-in-weight batching scale.
The loss-in-weight feeder consists of a hopper, feeder (single or double screw feeder), weighing system, and regulator. During operation, the hopper, material, and feeder continuously weigh together. After the material is discharged, the actual loss-in-weight rate is measured and compared with the required loss-in-weight rate (set value). The feeder rate is automatically adjusted to correct the deviation from the set point, thereby enabling uniform and accurate continuous feeding of materials.
Suitable scope: Granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powder products, flour, starch, etc.
Powder scale: Solves the feeding and metering addition problems of materials with very poor fluidity;
Granule scale: Solves any possible bridging problems.
